How to Report

  1. Confirm service: Most public street lights in Leeds are serviced by Alabama Power. If unsure, submit anyway—they can route it.
  2. Gather location: Nearest street address or intersection and the pole number (if tagged).
  3. Describe the issue: Out, cycling on/off, dim, damaged, or day-burner (on during daylight).
  4. Submit: Use the online form above or call one of the numbers listed.
  5. Track status (optional): Check the Alabama Power Outage Map or sign up for Outage Alerts.

Emergency: Call 911. Stay clear of downed lines, sparking equipment, or broken poles.
