The Administration Department is directly responsible for the daily operation and administration for the city.

City Council

Leeds City Council meets on the first and third Monday nights at 6 pm, unless otherwise specified.

Development Services

The City of Leeds Development Services Department is responsible for the permitting and inspection of construction (including new construction, additions, alterations, repairs, and remodeling) throughout the City's building permitting jurisdiction as required by the International Building Codes.
